Now new rule came in for visitor visa needs to be re-submit as submitted before 7th of September ... It is very frustrating.. Please suggest

Hi All,

Did anyone receive supervisa passport request recently from India? I am planning to withdraw my mother's visitor visa application and apply for supervisa as processing time shows only 43 days from India now. Visitor visa processing times are far longer.

Just want to make sure if they are processing supervisa applications at the moment.

yes, that's the new update from IRCC. are you planning to re submit the application?

I applied before with "Tourism" as my purpose of visit so this doesn't come under new instructions and apparently I believe I am not eligible. probably going to wait for couple more days and then think to reapply. How about you ? Do you come under any of the categories who can reapply as they mentioned

I am planning to apply visitor visa again since i applied on Jully 2020 and still waiting. I would like to reapply and i want to know the bank statement of 4 months means- should i need to keep 20k CAD in my account for 4 months or just a statement is enough??

yes, im going to re apply which really sucks. i fall under family reunification as an extended family member. i am already talking with my consultant which documents need to be submitted. it's like back to zero all over again

I have received email response from IRCC regarding the webform which I raised on August 30th for COVID-19 exemption. Looking at other applicants, it seems like this email is generally followed by PPR in 2-3 days.
Did anyone else receive this email? Should I be hopeful about PPR.

I have already re-applied on Sept 8 because that was the recommendation from IRCC.
