I'm beginning to think IRCC might actually be slowing down draws to clear some backlog lmao... There was no reason why there wouldn't be a draw today. Past Sept 7, no covid left, no CEC last week. So what else?

I couldn't count how many of my (and other people's) predictions were wrong this year. There's no logic in any of this. Done with predictions. Canadian immigration has turned into a big fat ball of random and chaos. Good job MM and JT, good job.

True but there was no CEC last week so it wasn't a complete week in terms of draws.

And just so we are clear,they didn’t include this information you just shared about IT backend as it literally says applicants advised to withdraw and submit a new one and that is exactly what I posted.

Why would there be a draw today? There was a draw last week. This doesn’t fit into the biweekly nature. What’s your expectation here
