January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

Hi Seniors, In relation with the news that on Sept 7 that fully vaccinated individual will allow to enter in Canada, Does that mean starting Sept 7, the travel restriction will be lifted? Does the processing of PR applications will starts to roll out?

Starting today easing restriction but Canada has a ban on India Direct flights in place until Sept. 21. Travelers coming from the country through an indirect route are still required to obtain a valid pre-departure COVID-19 molecular test from a country other than India before coming to Canada.

No.i did not do anything by my own.because we are all outland.everything i was waiting for ircc request.2nd medical also done when ircc send me letter to do 2nd medical.
