Alberta doesn’t post the NOCs selected in draws, so no one can tell you.

It depends whether your NOC is in demand or not and your connections to Alberta.

I've recently got NOI from Alberta and now I'm trying to gather my documents.
I have one question.
Should I submit my high school degree? As in the checklist in the education part, they asked us to show all our degrees. Now my highest degree is master.

May I ask you when you have created your EE profile and which date you received your NOI? Also, what was your NOC?

As I know high school is not necessary. Did you get your MSc from Canada? If yes, you are exempted from assesment

If you have your HS degree with you then do submit it. I didn't have mine so I didn't submit it. I doubt they'll care so much after seeing all the other degrees. If they so wish to see your HS degree they'll probably send you an additional document request.
