Hello, I have also filled 2 webforms for my Mom and Dad. My dad is the PA.
I filled these form today and now waiting on the Payment links.

@anu_grewal Do we need to prepare the separate envelopes (Each for Mom and Dad) for the courier with Bluedart ?

Yes, separate envelope for each applicants. Once the payments done you will get different AWB #s for each applicants

Kindly let me know the process for submission of passport for visa stamping for PR category. The application is for 2 people, for which I have received the passport request letter in the name of the principle applicant. As the VFS Global has asked to submit 1 webform for each passport, I had filled 2 webforms and did the payment for both and received 2 AWB numbers. In the passport submission letter, all the documents for both the candidates have been asked to be submitted in 1 envelope. On handing over the envelope to the courier service they said that it should be in 2 envelopes.
Please clarify if the documents should be in 1 envelope or in separate envelopes for both applicants?
Also should I have raised only 1 webform in the name of the principle applicant and paid the fees just for that 1 webform. Thanks in advance.

AND Timeline they said 2-3 week

PPR request in only under Principal applicant name , which form did you upload in webform for dependent PPR request as dependent (in my application:my mom)UCI number is not on PPR request.

could you please tell me which letter did you upload for 'Please upload your Passport Submission Letter as sent by IRCC :' in webform for dependent as dependent UCI is not mentioned on PPR request as it is addressed to principal applicant only.

I got an email saying they want to do an interview and to pick a location for my parent sponsorship . I have no idea why Canada Immigration would require an interview in a Parent Sponsorship application. Does anyone have links on questions they may ask??

Sorry for posting the same question again..
Is anyone know after we upload the photo in PR Portal, how many days it takes to receive eCoPR if the principal applicant in Canada. We have completed self declaration and uploaded photo two weeks before. No response yet.

Is any of you encountered this situation, i have uploaded the photo and self declaration to confirm that my mom with us in Canada. It is more than 2 weeks, I have not received any confirmation or eCoPR.
Please let me know any thoughts.

Hi,

I had some questions regarding my parents' sponsorship application. We applied in June 2019, and they just recently got their medical request and completed them.

1. The portal says "You passed the medical exam.". Does this refer to both the principle applicant as well as the dependent (i.e. my father and my mother both; it does not specifically say that both of them passed)?

2. They have new passports since their previous ones expired; should I update the application with them or wait until they request more information?

3. The portal says "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information." We have not yet received a PCC request; what would this mean?

4. What is the general timeline from medical request to pcc and then pcc to DM?

I just used the PR file # for both and uploaded PPR (Information letter ) for both. Information letter saying principal applicant and dependents, So I assume the PPR letter should be fine .

I would say, book the appointment and inform the CPC office (Use webform or email). Don't worry about the 30 days, IRCC will give extension (due to pandemic).
