471, I got incredibly unlucky like many users here I imagine. I submitted after the very last draw for FSW in 2020 because my school took SEVEN months to award me my second degree

Otherwise I would've been drawn last year

Well let me just break some news to you, even if you got invited last year or anytime after they resume draws this year l, chances are that you get your PR round about the same time...Yeah thats right its that messed up. So you aint missing out on much..

Said a PNP draw could hold today but that in 2 weeks time (Sept 15) he believes that they would start conducting all program draws if the border opens.
