Weird you were asked to courrier it. Was this after you submited them by email? Or is that the first request?
Some offices are now asking the documents to be couriered instead of emailing them.

No, this is the first request and they specifically asked to courier it to Scarborough office

THats because lot of people send multiple emails asking if they received it and some are sending additional webforms confirming on it.
We are only increasing their work load hence they will change it to postal method for all offices soon if duplicate emails and webforms continue.

Anyone got any updates after submitting their fingerprints?
Fingerprints submitted Aug 5 but no new updates.
I received email to courier color photocopies of PP. Does anyone know how long do they take approx to process application further after receiving these documents?
i got the same email today too. To be sent to the Scarborough office. Copied mine at staples, cost me $30 something
I did test on Jul 20 and test status shows complete 2 days after the test. But no updates since then. I see a lot of people are getting FP or PP copies request but nothing for me yet.
Is there a webform to contact them about the citizenship app? The one on the website is for PR and visas only.

I've added you to the spreadsheet.
Is there a ceremony date you see on the dashboard?

Unfortunately no ceremony date in the tracker yet
A friend of mine, a late 2019 applicant, was asked to attend an interview and also submit the below documents during his eligibility period (2014 - 2019):
- Color copies of all passport pages.
- Eduction Records (Transcripts / Degree Certificate)
- Letter of Employment or Paystubs
- Provincial personal health claim summary
- Rental Agreement / Mortage document.
Is this normal? This is the first time I am hearing of someone being asked for all these documents which I feel is not relevant for Citizenship. I know they ask for passport copies to verify physical presence but not sure why the other documents are required. He completed his test in April this year and was waiting for his oath.

Maybe IRCC is questioning his residency requirements for citizenship. Definitely not unusual if that’s the case
