My work-permit is two week processing eligible (submitted on 22-Jul-2021) but still not received any update.

Hey there ! I was checking normal processing time for Emirates and it said 46 weeks - so I think it's still in the delays range, right?

I applied from Pakistan and did medical after receiving letter from IRCC

Our visa office is Abu Dhabi, but if we select Pakistan then it shows 14 weeks.

One of my friend (also LMIA exempt) applied in May and he has already received PPR this week. From this, decisions within 14 weeks is correct for applications submitted from Pakistan

Not GTS but GSS. Its LMIA exempt

Yes correct, however most applications submitted recently are taking months to process. My case has alfeady taken 17 weeks now

Did you try ordering GCMS notes? I just did today after 4 weeks of application submission.

So far not yet. Since I received email from my visa office telling me that my application is in queue for reveiw. I believe VO has not picked my file yet and GCMS notes shall also indicate the same.

You need a complete application to be eligible for 2 weeks of processing which includes doing upfront medical exam and getting a police certificate before applying.

Yes it seems to be true. However at the same time IRCC says that there is a delay in processing of GSS applications due to backlog
