It says False to me right now. But same observation as @fkburn, that application submissioncomplete: false.

It was on June 13, 2021. I am not even expecting to have an update, was just following the IT experts advise and see just for my knowledge.

Background Verification = Completed.

Please update the sheet.

Also, does it mean that apart from tests and interviews, our application is overall in good shape and shouldn't be denied for any other reasons?

Well after background check they will probably start reviewing physical presence days and the rest of the requirements, based on trends in this forum it appears that you will receive test invite a couple of months after BG verification completed (2 to 6 months), hopefully the start moving faster now that COVID restrictions are being lifted in some provinces!!!

Congratulations!!! This has been updated in the spreadsheet!! There is no timeline to follow with paper or online, it varies application by application, but usually after AOR you may be required to provide fingerprints or maybe not, then BG verification will be completed two or four months after AOR, then test invite within 2 to 4 months after BG completed, you may be required to provide passport copies or maybe not. Then the other thing that could impact your application is your local offices, some offices are moving faster than others.
