That is inline with the trend we already see. So its deliberate they are holding off on issuing any new PPRs.

Yeah, hopefully they release PPRs in batches and conduct all program draws after the lifting of the travel restrictions

They were being processed even during pandemic. There are some who got Copr during pandemic and they are expired. Their AOR is 2019/Jan Feb 2020.

I want to know, whether they as asking for more clarification on these documents (these are webforms I send explaining some personal history) or are they just saying that more clarification on personal history is given in these document?

• Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.

It has been like this since forever, does this status indicate that a background check has started or not?
Or should I just get Gmcs Notes rather than speculating?

This is exactly what is still showing on my profile since I passed my medicals in November 2020. I requested for GCMS note and that was when I saw that eligibility and criminality have been passed, information sharing also complete.
