yes, my passport was also stuck in IRCC from 30th july. However, yesterday 13 Aug, I got a notification that your decision envelope has been dispatched to VFS, Delhi. Waiting for the delivery.

Got PPR today for TRV (15th Aug,2021 -Sunday morning at 8.39 a.m EST) but the letter says 14th Aug 2021. Submitted application on 16th March, 2021. Inland application. No webforms and no escalations requested. Hope this helps!

Wow! IRCC is really unpredictable. They are now working on TRV applications on Saturday and Sunday. Thank god! It should not take longer now.
