I wish I had. I would have become a pr sooner, flight tickets would have been paid, the government would have sent me a limo to pick me up at the airport. A free 2 bedroom apt, 3000$ a month allowance for groceries. Then I would be out on the street protesting against delay of applications from my country men.

In a letter sent to Canada’s premiers, as well as in a newly launched petition, the Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB) outlined several steps to help keep businesses open after more than a year of continued COVID-19 lockdowns across the country.

They called for several supports and guarantees from provinces, including more funding prior to the announcement of restrictions, increased rapid testing and proof of vaccination for travel and large events.

“Our business and our employees cannot afford the financial and emotional toll of further lockdowns or new restrictions,” read the online petition.

No need for lockdowns for the flu. Many people have lost their jobs, some even committed suicide. Covid ended a few months ago, what we have now is a flu and fcuk that "new normal" bs.

This is different than what IRCC announced; or we misunderstood it completely. I've been saying this since day 1; while covid is a real disease, most things said about anything (restrictions, policies, rules etc.) during this so-called pandemic is a big fat lie. Like jayce, I also can't wait to see their next lie after Sept 7.

I am hopping that they will just return to all program draws and there will not be any new excuses

Politicians will quit posing and lockdown-flexing for the public after the election anyway so we don't have anything to worry about. I can't wait for Sept 20.

Hahahah do it hurry up go out on the street for protesting...coz if govt again imposed lock down then your wish will not get fulfill...You just wake up from sleep so go washroom clean you face and then come...also don't fly and stop building castle in air..You will not get citizenship until and unless travel ban lift from India and FSW draw start...
