In my case, the fee was also outstanding when I received ATIP more than 2 months ago. It will change to reserved/paid once they start processing.

Stupid, they ask for regular File number but they take forever to give us the AOR, they are working backwards. So apparently the XEP is not sufficient. Wow

Apparently regular acknowledgement of receipt means the AOR. That is what a lot of people have been speculating and assuming on Facebook. But no one has said they spoke with IRCC to confirm this.

I wouldn’t expect anything goof having seen what Quebec has done in past. They are still trying to get more workers without actually making them PR.

But I don’t have a real AOR. It seems that they have assigned my application to some group. Based on my search on Canadavisa forum, I found similar cases but with different group names, for instance Covid group etc but they were not QSW applicants. I think everyone one this thread who received ATIP notes have nothing in the group name section that’s why I’m curious.
