If you can see upload documents in your gckey application page then upload it there and it will be automatically linked to your application.

It shouldn’t be a problem. Just wait to receive the AOR. According to me, there would be some limitations in GCKey account related to your application as it is not assigned to an officer for review yet. I would say just send the PCC using webform it will be linked with your application within a week or so.

My application was received on November 09, 2020. According to GCMS notes they entered my application details on March 03, 2021 and generated a temporary file number. So you can get an idea with this information. It could be faster for you if you applied recently as it was all digitized. Keep trying contacting IRCC. One thing more, there is nothing much you can do with TFN it all depends on AOR, that is when an officer starts processing your application in real.

People from December start getting theirs AOR's. But I've seen people from September still waiting.

No clue how IRCC opens envelopes and process applications. Sept 2020 AR but still we have no news.. Raised two web forms two months apart but same typical useless reply. Nothing changed in two montsh. Its frustrating, Seems case officer is sitting on our file doing nothing
