No re-medical request as it’s expiring in November
2 months ago my eligibility was not started even.I am happy that’s it’s passed.only worried because it’s not detailed one like others.
Security not started yet
That’s good. You’re past the main hurdle. Security section doesn’t necessarily reflect the correct status. My application is also being processed at London VO and the security was Not Started for a very long time until recently where it was blank. I was sent ADRs and requested for remedical. The notes section of GCMS stated “RFV” which strongly indicates the security has passed.
you gotta hold on just a little longer. Also don’t read too much into the notes. It could be from the Case officer or an agent. Doesn’t really matter. Be happy that it says passed.

I have looked at it 5 times it’s written as:
Text: No apparent concerns that PA meets A11.2.Eligibility passed
Could not figure out from this whether they are officer’s notes or not.
Do you have a note before this one that lists your eligibility, score, etc in detail.
If yes, then this short note is from an officer. Usually, officers will only write a line after the CPA has written a detailed analysis on the calculation and eligibility.
As per page # 02, the status of my application is as follows:
Eligibility: Passed
Security: Not started
Criminality: Not started
Medical: Passed
Infor sharing: In Progress
Additionally:
VO: Ottawa
Review type: Program assistant R10 OK Recommendation: Pass criminality

Hi @legalfalcon
What are the chances of getting a 90 days extension for gcms note from either cbsa or ircc? I want to order one&I'd like to know which to use in order to reduce the chance of getting an extension. Thank you as always

Each federal agency can seek extensions on a case-by-case basis. IRCC was seeking extensions until March 2021, but the extensions were held invalid by the Office of the Information Commissioner in its special investigation that was tabled before the Parliament. Since then, most requests are being released within 30-35 days.
During this time CBSA started recieving more requests, and CBSA was seeking 120 days extensions. However, now no more extensions are being sought, and CBSA is relatively faster (20-30 days). However, no one can predict if a request would be subject to an extension, and if so, would it be 30 or 60 days.

No R10 was not mentioned there and u are right it was a completeness check note.
What do u think of eligibility now?Was it passed by an officer or other way round?
