Would you please update the tracker? My application was made online.

I am still waiting for my AOR.

In the meantime, I have a question for those who made their application online.
Did you receive your AOR via email or mail?

I don't believe any online applicants have received AORs yet. The ones who are receiving AORs are paper applicants. But to answer your question, if you applied online, you should get the AOR via email I think

This has been added to the spreadsheet!! AOR are sent via email, if you provided your email address in your application form that is what they use.

for those who said their status is updated to in process...is it in new tracker or based on ECAS login status....Because if its based on new tracker its going to be in process for all....and if its based on ECAS login, its strange that it is updated to in process in just one day or same day..... please let me know

Question: Is it normal that the rest of my family has received their AOR and I haven't yet? For context, I'm over 18 so I filed a separate adult application but all our applications were in the same package. My parents got the AOR emails last week and I've checked all my emails and folders as well as the mail and have not seen anything. Hopefully someone is able to answer my questions. Thanks!

There's a glitch in CIC system. Sometimes not all applicants get email. Check in the old ecas system using your uci, you should be able to check the status. and you can call CIC to find out your applicatoin number

Yes some members have reported the same, check in the old ECAS, you need your UCI (you can find in in your PR Card or other immigration documents from the past). If you can access the information there you will see that the application was received and the date when they sent AOR. If that is he case call IRCC to verify that they have your correct email address and they will also be able to provide your citizenship application number.
