After passport reaching vfs, when they start sending these emails?

i started receiving in 3 days. i sent on 13th, i got my first update on 16th.

Got gc key updated on 23 july
But didn’t get a msg of dispatch
I don’t know why they r holding our passport
Persons who got updated on 22 july by ircc
They even got theirs passports

please update if you receive any update on dispatch. if i receive something in the meanwhile, i will post it here.

When was it picked up? And any further update if it was sent to IRCC?

It is delivered to Jalandhar today. I am not sure if this means it is sent to IRCC...

Guys, My passport was delivered at Jalandhar. Will it be sent to IRCC at New Delhi? How do I know if it is sent or not? I am a PRTD applicant.

Also, if anybody is submitting newly, you may get some emails like below after you submit. you dont have to worry about these, its just that the email subjects and contents havent been updated on VFS end:

1. Requested additional details - this is the first email that gives you the return tracking AWB number
2. then a series of VFS global notification emails
3. then got an email from CIC that there is an update to application

i m now waiting for passport to be dispatched. dont know why this is taking time

Hi, Thanks a lot for your post. May I please know based on what observation you say that we can ignore the above kind of emails from vfs.
I submitted my passport on 22 and received a email today from vfs with subject "Vfsglobal - Requested additional details". There is nothing specified in the email other than a tracking id and a different awb no(which after reading your post, i realize is the return tracking no). I called all the 3 mobile numbers on vfs website but its just only automated voice answering, no actual person to talk to. I am kind of freaking out

Requested additional details is just a title. U dnt need to worry. No need to response to that mail. Its just for giving ur awb number and tracking number. Thats it.

i think they just changed vfs
But u would stamped at ircc delhi
Like mine was sent to vfs delhi
Then to ircc delhi
Ur may be first sent to jalandhar vfs then it would go ircc delhi
I think ircc delhi have stamp authorization

Today my Passport reached Ahemdabad, though I submitted it from Delhi. Can someone please confirm when I can expect to get return AWB and tracking id mail?

This may be due to high volume at vfs delhi
U would tracking id first
