I got BIL on July 8th and linked the application on July 13th. After I linked the application I got additional information request for PCC and IELTS TRF. I submitted on July 23rd and they started reviewing the additional information request. But I didn't received AOR yet. So is AOR an important document?

May be.
There is another look, they hope sooner than that.
This is one of the conditions for applying.

• hold a valid work permit that is set to expire within the next 4 months

==>If the visa is going to expire within the next 4 months then do not apply, also means they HOPE to Tr2Pr will be done in 4 months

One Guy applied at 12:09, got his AOR today. He didn't bother to apply for PCC meanwhile. He will apply for PCC today. That guy is chill. We should follow him and forget about our application, until we see any messages pops up in email
