June 2019 applicant here! So I received pre arrival letter in May and i called IRCC right away just to know what’s next. They said u passed criminality and eligibility and security will start soon. I called today after almost 2 months and guess what. Security hasn’t started yet infact the lady told me ur eligibility has not started too I don’t know how the agent told u eligibility has passed lol. I am not surprised

A million congratulations to you. Did your portal show that the address and photo was approved before getting the card? Did you get your e-COPR before the email? Please lets know. Atleast, this have given me hope

From this post and what have happened to my friend, I have made up my mind that even if I see Decision Made on mycic account, even if I see approved in my portal or even if I get my e-COPR, I should not rejoice yet that the process is over. Until i go to my mailbox and see the PR card, thats when I will rejoice that it is over because IRCC can spring up surprise at anytime even when you think you are 99%, you can be shocked. Let me kukuma just go back to prayer mood.
