PR card approved in CIC account but still showing “in review with ircc” in pr-portal. CIC application updated today but looks like PR Card was printed on 16th as expiry date is showing 26/7/16 in document details
Thanks. I got eCOPR on 10th. So, hoping for something today, tomorrow or this week. If not, I will assume that the card process is also stuck in never ending delays (like the PR application)

Got copr for me only. No update for spouse.as she is outside of canada.
I have been waiting since June 16 for eCOPR . When called CIC they said because my work permit expired so they will process work permit first. anyone else with same scenario?
Hi, when I called IRCC one day, I was told the same that, if you are on implied status you'll have to wait until your temporary status gets approved first and then the COPR will be issued.
But, that seems not to be the case because I've seen lot of people receiving COPRs while on implied status. Later on I called IRCC multiple times to check if that's right. And they all said that COPRs can be issued even while on implied status.
Guys, any suggestions or information about this?? PLEASE HELP @legalfalcon . IRCC call centre agents always give conflicting infos

Copr can be issued even if you’re out of status applicant,
If you sponsor a spouse that has lived in Canada without status
Even they receive COPR.
this is not right information.
Your status is that you’re a permanent resident, once you get AOR, you’re bumped back into implied status .

Not yet. I assume that the PR card is already on the way.
However, it shouldn't take that far to deliver as my virtual landing unit is in Vancouver and I am living in Burnaby, BC.
Do you think we should make another call to IRCC?
Been 3 weeks and still waiting for COPR.
Amazing how stupid the calling system is, u wait and listen to their garbage for 10 minutes and then you don’t get to talk to a representative
