Hello guys . I got my credentials mail on 13th july and replied on same day with photo and address. Still its been 3 days i didn’t receive ecopr .. how long it usually takes and how can i contact them if it takes too long ?

lol 3 days buddy? people are waiting here for a month sometimes. 3 days is nothing, I am waiting for 10 days already.

How I wish we can come to their office and talk to a real person about this issue.

Exactly it, my friend. I thought I was already there but still get stuck on the unknown and uncertainty. Feel pretty unlucky to have my file transfer to this office for the final step.

So true, feel sorta unlucky due to all this, been a very long process for me. I applied spousal in July 2020
Almost a year, been in this wait. It just sucks to be so close and just clueless.
I hope it all works out for all of us.

Yeah, I just want to receive the ECOPR for a piece of mind. I don't even care when the PR card will come. Just issue that damn letter so I can move on with my life.

2nd Portal Email: May 30
eCoPR Email: June 4
PR Card Delivered: July 16

Do we have to upload the photo to the portal with the stamp of a studio/photographer behind the photo like we did before?
Email says that we can use our own mobile phone or laptop to take a photo.

Please help.

You can use this link below. This is paid website. You can click your photograph with phone, just make sure there is enough lighting (preferably natural ) so that there are no shadows on your face. Rest everything is taken care by this website like white background and size specification etc.

I have personally used this and it worked well for me.
