CRS zero and profile ineligible. Please help

I am getting zero in my CRS score when I submit my application to express entry. While my actual CRS according to CRS calculator is 353. But it is showing my profile as ineligible and CRS as zero. All the blanks are empty. Why is this showing like this. I have correctly filled every questions and then submitted. Please help me.

Either you aren't eligible (i.e. don't have at least 67 points under the FSW point system) or you filled out at least one question wrong.

Yes. I have 68/100. And I double checked all answers before submitting. But still it is showing zero scores

- How much did you show for proof of funds and how many people in your family?
- Have you completed IELTS and ECA?
- Do you have at least one year of continuous experience in the NOC you've indicated as your primary NOC?

1. I showed cad 25000/- with family of 4.

2. Yes my IELTS score is 7.5, 7.5, 6.5, 6.5 (SLRW) and gave IELTS on 25 June 2021.

3. Yes ECA is also done November 2020. With Doctorate.

4. I have NOC as 4033 (Educational Counselor) and have 3.5 years of experience in it.

It's honestly really hard to guess what you may have answered incorrectly.

Is your 3.5 year of work experience continuous, meaning without any breaks?

You may have to post all of your responses here so that we can help find the problem. Otherwise it's like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Yes it's continuous 3.5 years in same school. If possible can you share your email id so that I can send you all screenshot of my answers
