Hi everyone. My application dated 5 the jun, 2019. Medical and biometrics done in Dec, 2019. Since than it is showing in process. Very frustrated. Please guise what to do.

Same here, 5th June. I think 5th June is not moving at all.

Hi everyone

Anyone who has requested extension to do medical, do you get a reply back?
My parents are currently in Canada and they are going out of Canada for 1.5 month.
Their current medicals are expired since feb 2021. So far i have not got medical request.
In case we get their medical request when they are out of Canada, can we ask for extension as we want to do it here in case pf any followup exams.
Can we ask for extension for this reason?

Can anyone please advise on this? If this is a valid reason for asking extension?

CPC Mississauga sent SA letter on july 6 via mail and I did not receive it we live 30 min from mississauga.
I called 2 days ago and the agent said she can not see what is inside but SA letter has been sent. She also confirmed there isn't any document requested but still I am concerned if any document request trough this letter that she wasn't able to see.

I don't understand why it was sent via mail when Email provided and why every single and easy step in these process takes so long and get complicated
Do u think they can provide any tracking number for the mail? Or Are they able to resend it?

Gus is there a way to contact NDVO to check the status of my PGP file, I got the sponsorship approval in January 2020, since then I got nothing. Just wana know if it's normal, I mean no bio, no pcc or medical was requested

Yeah I see people getting extension for not getting timely appointments, i hope i get the request either now or after parents are back.

Hi, Can a new PR moved this year, sponsor the parent? Though elegibility is not about years of holding PR but Then the tax docs they request for income is requested for past 3 years. Any experience will be highly appreciated.

Guys I applied my parents application on June 11th 2019, we got the sponsorship approval January 2020, but no bio were requested and since then file has been in NDVO, anyone else in the same boat.

I am in the same boat with exact same timeliness. The only difference is biometric was done in Jan 2020. Since then no update from NDVO.

Guys.. I received parents medical request again. our medical expired last year November. we have given 30 days to complete and submit proof of completion. any idea how much time they will take after finishing medical

1 month from SA - Decision Made. No SA approval letter, no Medical or PCC request but only Biometric.

Is this normal?

In application status, in the section "Details about your application status" in Biometrics field it says "We have not received your fingerprints. Check your biometrics request message below for details. " But, in Applicant Information which is on right hand of the page it give the details of biometrics such as biometrics number, date of biometrics enrolment and expiry date.
Is it a correct understanding that they have received the biomentrics of my parents but the section is not updated?
Or I should worry about and let them know.

FYI. i received the biometric request in Dec, 2019 and last month I received the medical and police certificate request.

Same here, but so far remedical and re pcc request not received, I think your biometric is clear, this is what I read in posts shared by similar cases. Hope you will receive pp request soon. Are your parents in Canada?
