I finally got my AOR today. Applied 12:11pm est, IG stream, Toronto, single applicant. I made several mistakes in my form imm0008(didnt validate), family form(didint put native language), schedule3 mistake( 10years personal history, i wrote wrong information). I am going to raise webform for all of these mistakes and we will see what happens. I almost lost all my hope because of these all mistakes and i was going to apply CEC(ITA rec’vd). Waiting was right choice! Good luck everyone!
Congratulations. I did make a lot of mistakes on my application too so this gives me hope.

There is no way you receieved a request from IRCC for RCMP, they clearly mention you do not need one for your time period in Canada.
Read..

Should be aware of the different of Police Certificate (PCC) and Canadian Criminals Record.
In some cases, IRCC may ask for Canadian Crinimals Record from RCMP

Police certificate and IRCC requirements
You don’t need to provide a police certificate when you apply for permanent residence in Canada. We’ll tell you if you need a Canadian criminal record check while your application is being processed.

People have been receiving RCMP requests before Ecopr. There is a possibility that you receive one such request too. if you look closely it does say that if required they'll ask for it.

Source: Fb groups, discord groups and Immigration lawyer's posting

It's always better to do proper research before making such a statement.
