HI Ayanna , it's been 6 month my application is in process last time i ordered GMC note it was showing that work permit assigned to senior officer for decision,2021/02/ Do you think they refused my work permit ? I ordered GMC note again to see what's going on with my case.

I think your work permit been transferred to Edmonton office it’s not refused yet
They’re waiting on H&c officer decision if you get Aip the same day your work permit will get Approval to if not then everything things will negative

As @wello711 said Niagara Falls approval rates are higher
but I have seen members got a negative answer too

when I read that officer's comment that my opinion does not count because "I am new to Canada" and that I am free to pack up to follow my partner to Africa - it really hurt. That was a turning point for me.
