No as I already told you that if you have closed work permit now and you used to have pgwp you can apply for another one for open work permit right now . You have to attach a letter of explanation that you are applying under new public policy and mention that you have pgwp which expired and attach a copy of your pgwp with application, you will 100% get new work permit.

I have sent a tweet to the Minister to help look into the possibility of extending the PGWP extension.

Currently under the public policyCOVD-19, PGWP can apply for a one-time open work permit extension up to 18 months by July 27, 2021.

Some PGWP holders fell short to qualify within some few weeks of 4 months from the expiry date to apply.

We solicit and hope that Hon Minister and the immigration committee can extend the policy to Dec, 2021 from the July 27 deadline to give room and comfort of 18 months to many awaiting the pending PR application under the PGWP.

I also don’t recieve it that only thing that matters that’s you passed your eligibility as I did .. so if You pass your eligibility you don’t need to wry about pal … there are so many people who never get pal but they recieve Pr so relax my brother

Ask him to order GCMS notes. You need to send him consent form to get data on your behalf
