Hi everyone!

I finally got credentials yesterday. I am just wondering if it is normal that I get only access and was asked information for myself only?
I am the primary applicant and have an minor child and I chose option A. So basically, on portal, there is just my name and information and photos are only about me. THANKS for any help.

On the portal, it is indicated this .
Permanent residence confirmation cases
This portal will help you (and your dependants) in confirming your permanent resident status and receiving your permanent resident card. If you are completing this on behalf of your dependants, you will need to complete your own application before theirs can be approved by IRCC.

got my first email 18 june (iuc, port of entry...), got the password for portal friday 2nd july (yesterday).

I still not receive credentials waiting from almost 17 days. Got 1st mail on 15th june

Do you mind explaining what this is and how to request?

The notes look like what I’ve shared below. It has all the relevant information on your file and every single note written by each officer working on your file during the application processing. It can be hundred of pages long.

I am just wondering how did you understand that the missed call was from IRCC? what was the number IRCC called from?

They called my wife number them ... and they give customer service number to call back ...

What should I answer of that ? Would it be Last Port of Entry or Original Port of Entry ?
As I have Different Port of Entries for both the times.

Unfortunately there is nothing much that you can do I am also in the same situation waiting since 27th may
Tried everything from webforms to emails to calls( noting worked for me)
