Received my test invite in June 2021 and just this moment took it with 100% pass rate. I am based in Vancouver and will now continue to patiently wait for my DM status and Oath date.

It seems all others months in 2019/2020 have some level of activity except November-2019.

There must be lots (at least 60-70%) of Nov-2019 applicants waiting either for test (or) oath.

If your application is complex, it may take us longer to process it.

Consider this to be true for paper applicants that is why there is not much activity from 2019 applications.

But that scale (dates) are not moving at all from last one month. So does it mean another 1 year to reach Nov-2019? Oh my god!

yes. It is highly unlikely that you will get an oath invite by november 2021 unless you get lucky ,even for me who is Aug 2019. It will be 2 years. I am looking an invite by August 2022 .

Some files progress very quickly after the test (i.e., when the test is updated to completed or soon after, other requirements updated to completed too, except for oath), others wait months before they see any progress. What's going on here?

Also, do you think there is hope to receive the Oath invitation by the end of this year for most Nov. 2019 applicants or it probably will span another calendar year?

Nop , most likely Q2 of 2022

At least they should send the Test Invite by end of this year, not sure if that is also possible or not.
