My gross income was 90k for 2017 and the net business income 55k. I worked as a contractor for that year only. Sponsors and applicants together are 7 person. Will this affect my case? Do they look at gross or net business income?

March 30th 2022. Medical was extended on April 18th.

Where can you see DM1? on ECAS? DM1 is for sponsor?

Also, any news on after Medical passed. LVO????

London Visa Office. I understand that DM1 is through the email and not on ECAS.

Also waiting for next steps after first medical pass. I think they are processing cases whose 2nd medicals are now being finalized.

I only was able to call them between 8-8:30am but for the rest of they they are unable to take your call.

I hope so! I did see a ghost update in myCIC today so I am hoping there is finally some movement since February!

May 08 applicant, medicals are done Nov. 2019. Still no progress. PA still in process. Spoke to local MP since Dec 2020 and they gave me same information:

Eligibility not started
Security not started
Criminality is in progress
Medical passed but expired.
CPC office is Missisauga

I felt I am the only May applicant with no PPR.

Don't worry you're not alone! I'm May 9 applicant and PR application is still in process.

Instructions were received on May 21.
Medical was conducted on June 10 and submitted on June 21.

Has anyone checked this new policy?
According to this, PR applicants already inside Canada would not need to do medicals until Dec 28, 2021 is they have done a medical exam in the past 5 years.
Does this apply to PGP applicants too?

You would see that the "Status" column in myCIC account changes to "Application updated", but when you click on it to see the details there is nothing different.

I also found out the automatic telephone system from call center provides a bit more detail about your application. I called it today and found out they started the background check on my application and that was the reason for the ghost update.
