New PR confirmation portal

I did send another email to CIC-Etobicoke-Landings@cic.gc.ca this after around 3pm then I got the ECOPR. Probably just a coincidence, but you can try

Do you mind sharing how did you wrote to them? Since last time I wrote an email to portal, they just replied me a formal answer and didn’t help.

I am waiting my ecopr since 19 May from Etobicoke office, no updates and very frustrated.

I just give them my name and UCI. And kind of telling them I think there is some problem with the portal and attach the info (photo and address) again.

The portal email and also webform, I think they even didn’t read my email. I got duplicated portal registration email from portal, and introduction of portal from webform…

Well I sent to the portal the last couple times, but got no answer. Until I tried the CIC-Etobicoke-Landings@cic.gc.ca today, then I got the ECOPR right after. May be it's a coincidence but definitely worth the shot. Try it and let me know

HI everyone, I received PR portal email on 02nd June 2021. Sent requested information on same day. But haven't received any email back since then. I got GCMS notes today. Account created on 11th June but they did not share the credential with me.
Calling them and webform did not worked,
Can anyone suggest what i can do ?

Even i texted them 2 times. But they did not replied me. What should i do.

Where do you see the GU for PR Card. Did you link your account to GC key login page.
