No. It's simply the lack of resources to process the oath-ready applicants in a timely manner. Maybe they need to update certain forms and the citizenship certificate text to reflect the updated citizenship oath, but there's really a huge backlog.
I guessed as much too. However, when it comes to IRCC, nobody can reason.
Even the responses to webform requests are generic. All they do is provide an 'assurance', that your application is being processed and will be completed sometime between today and eternity.
My PR card is valid for two more years, but I wont be surprised if the need arises to renew it.
I wrote my test yesterday (June 26,2021) and so did my wife, both of us passed, can you update the tracker please.
Also, typically these days, how long does it take after my test till the oath.

I have the exact same time line and the same office as well. Do you know how long does it take to get an Oath after everything is completed?

Look at my timeline below in the signature (also single applicant from Vancouver) it may help you a little. Unfortunately nobody knows with Vancouver office. It's a total mess there.

Looks like you just sent the documents last week hence it should move fast further from here. Movement even with more documents is good because they are ready to close the file.
