You will have a better view after you get GCMS access. I guess you should get it soon. WP processing time somewhere is not reflecting LMIA based WP processing delays. LMIA based WP appears to be taking significantly longer than normal WP.
Hi All
I got the biometrics instruction letter of Closed wp ICT for me and spouse by the end of April.
Recently I saw vfs biometrics submission is opened in India for student visa applicants.
Still passport stamping services are not resumed. Even though vfs global told other services will be opened in phased manner, I’m not sure when with permit applications will be stated to get processed.
Any idea? Guess? Advice?

If you’re applying for a work permit, IRCC will
#1. review your application to make sure it’s complete
#2. receive and review your biometrics after you gave them at a collection point (if applicable)
#3. tell you how to get a medical exam (if you need one) or medical results Pass/Fail status(if they are given at the time of WP application)
#4. decide if you’re eligible to apply to work in Canada
#5. decide if you’re allowed to come to or stay in Canada (we could do a background check)
#6. decide if you need to go to an interview
#7. tell you of the decision we make on your application

Upfront Medical done Apr 22, 2021 But did't updated till June 22, 2021
Got Medical Request Letter on Jun 23, 2021 went hospital to Link upfront Medical UMI no To Medical request letter's IME number one girl in hospital counter she immediately done it and said eMedical will update in your account in 2 to 3 days
Hello, I will advice if you can request a new employment letter stating the new expected resumption date would be ideal.
If I may ask where did you apply from and what is your NOC. Also, the first application that was refused in 2 weeks, was it processed under GSS (Global Skills Strategy)
Hi all,
After requesting for updated job offer letter,employer said no need so as not to confuse IRCC with many documents, since the initial letter gave March 2021 as start date but also indicates depends on visa application .
Hope this is ok?
