AOR is sent via Server at definite time and sequence. Sometimes server fails to do so. Meanwhile if you try linking your profile to your cic account you can succeed and online cic portal you can track progress and check if they requested any document or not.

Yes...it's not necessary that you need AOR to link your application.
Whenever they see your application and once they enter application in their database, you can link the application from IRCC account..
Don't confuse yourself between AOR and linking your application
AOR is just a proof that they will start reviewing..

sounds good. I sent them an email regarding my linking issue. I reviewed my application and I did put the correct one. Idk what's the issue ugh. Thanks alot!

I don’t understand why are they still in 12pm to 1pm line lol. I mean they haven’t even reached 1 pm yet after 1.5 months. If this pace goes, we at 4pm and 5pm and beyond will get AOR next year May be

This is my question too. they didn't say anything about it. but it doesn't look problem. in case if they send AOR you can come back soon. because AOR doesn't mean PR approval. so they won't cancel your visa

So yesterday I submitted new imm5669 through webforum so do we get any instant confirmation mail after that or we get the confirmation mail only when they transfer the documents to officer?

They will email within 10 days , that it has been sent to respective office
