Thanks! I did not have it this morning around 7 AM. The update happened sometime after 10 AM.

Just follow the instructions and there shouldn't be any confusion.

I just booked my flight back to Canada on the 30th to take the test. I will probably do that again for the oath!! So unfortunate that I have to be away now.

It's worth it though

No it is pretty straight forward. But keep re-taking pictures till you are absolutely sure that all information is clearly visible on your ID. For me , it took more than 15minutes. So my link expired. I had to request for new link (but that's ok, as it takes just 10 seconds to get new link). You can request for new links unlimited number of times. But do make sure that your pictures are clear. Remember, once you click on "Approve picture", you can't change it after that. So don't rush.

Ok thanks for the tips! I saw a few people needing to retake the test because of this so was curious what it’s all about.

So the picture uploading doesnt happen from the link we request?
if so then we should request for test link after uploading the picture?

Hello everyone! Quick update after passing the test last week (Friday, June 18): Test and Prohibitions Activity have both been updated to Completed this morning. So basically all stages are now completed, except for the Citizenship Ceremony, which is marked as "not started". Dare I dream to actually become a citizen by Fall?

Btw, good luck to all of you (Raj & co.) who are about to take the test!

Login with your credentials > Get test link in email > Open test link > Validate your credentials again > Take photos (ID and self) > Take test

So it looks like we need to be finishing the identification and taking photos within 15 mins and start the test or else the link expire if we dont get to the starting of test within 15 mins.
Good to know.

That was pretty quick. Updated the spreadsheet.

From the looks of it, you might be on the path to oath sooner than expected!

There are 6 new people who are taking the test this Friday and Monday, including me. It is kind of raining test invites for September 2020 applicants ! A lot of others from the GTA might also have received their test invites and might have not yet updated the status.

As long as you maintain your PR status, you should be good. But you'll can't attend the test, interview (if you get one) or oath when you are outside Canada. You'll have to be physically present in Canada for all of these events.

Do you not want to wait till the oath? People say the applicant will receive an invitation within a month from passing the test. I did the exam on the 4th of June 2021 and waiting for the oath. Hopefully it will not take long.
