Received eCoPR late night yesterday but looks like there is some issue with the CoPR as I was unable to get new SIN (Service Canada is unable to validate my CoPR) and PR card application in not created!!
Called IRCC today - they acknowledged the issue and said it will take 4-6 weeks to have it corrected. Anybody in the same boat?
First Portal email: May 28th (VLU, OSC, Ottawa)
Portal Credentials: June 4th
eCoPR: Jun 17th
If you are 2020 applicant then there is no timeframe, but if you have submitted your file in 2021 you should receive your ecopr from 2 days to 2 weeks and it also depends on your VO.

Waiting for eCOPR since 24th May and at this point I dont know what to do? The pain of checking mail every 5 minutes is killing me. Lets hope the officer start clearing things and it come next week
"You can only have 1 profile per person. Each member of your family will have their own username and password. "
I only received 1 username/ password for the whole family (since I requested to use the same email address for my dependents). But when I logged in, all my dependents data were there and I was able to upload their photos as well.
1st confirmation portal email: 6 Jun 2021 --> received 3 emails only (one of my sons didn't get)
credential email: 9 Jun 2021, uploaded the address & photos within the same day
2nd confirmation portal email: 10 Jun 2021 --> this time received 4 emails
Do I need to reply the 2nd email too? Anyone received different username/ password for the dependent?

one of my friends had the same issue? is your gc-key account still shows 'submitted' status? , what my friend did is, created a web form and explained the issue and uploaded the COPR(s). It is a mistake from IRCC side, they have generated the copr pdf before granting you PR status.( That's what he told me)
I think they are deliberately delaying ecopr for May submissions. There must be something in that lot because all the June submissions are getting ecopr in couple of days.

Thanks tsc7 for the info. Yes, My GC-Key account still shows as "Submitted". I did mention it to IRCC call center agent and they said it will be taken care of as well. How long did IRCC take to have the issue corrected in your friend's case?

The new intern at IRCC might be working backwards through the backlog now. I see a few 3 and 4 June submissions getting their COPRs today. If we’re lucky, they’ll get to last week of May’s submissions by month’s end.
