I got first portal email yesterday from etobicoke replaid today now waiting for credentials.
May i know when you got first mail?

I recieved it on June 11.

Any one with criminality stuck at 'in progress' or 'passed'
But everything else has not started?
What is your VO?

I am in the same situation. Eligibility - Passed, Criminality - In Progress and Security - Not Started. Eligibility was passed on 29Apr and since then there is no update.

My VO is OTTAWA.
Nothing has started except criminality. Remaining all are not started. My AOR is 11th march, Medicals and Bio Cleared on 25th march.

no updates afterwards.. called IRCC agent said still working on eligibility and background check.

Called IRCC today and here is the update

Eligibility: Passed
Criminality: In Process
Security: Not Started Yet
Visa Office: RROC Ottawa

Any idea how long it's taking these days to get Criminality and Security check done?

I have the same status as yours. I wonder how long it takes too. What surprise me is that prior to passing my eligibility my criminality was passed according to IRCC call centre agent but when I passed eligibility, criminality changed to in progress again and security not started. Is there two types of criminality or what? No rcmp request for me or my spouse neither.

How do you know criminality changed to in progress. Is it showing in your profile?

May i know since how many days you are waiting on this to get passed?

For me it took only 3 days . I think it really depends which country you are coming from? Not too sure.

As far as I know, there are two kinds of criminality checks. The first one of yours was passed.
