After checking your timeline, I would like to ask your opinion. You landed with WP, so I assume you did a medical examination in your home country for your WP. This result supposed to be used by your federal application process.
And, you did another upfront medical examination in May 2021.
So, may i know how you did this time upfront medical examination? How did you know you need to do another ME rather than you will get an extension of your ME result.

I am also in same situation.
My timeline:
Sent my pr application on 2nd september 2020 (as outland applicant)
Work permit approved later then landed canada on 15th november 2020.
Aor: 25th march 2021
Bio: Exempt
Then no update till date.

I had that question as well.
I changed my address from outland address to inland via the online service platform. After that, when I called IRCC agency, they double-checked with my inland address. So i knew my inland address already there, but i still didn't know whether they will process my application as inland.

I also did same thing.
I sent webform to change address and our work permits too.
I hope that is working and also i checked with ircc agent about my status as inland or outland and they said its inland.
