Is there anything we can do for them to finalise the eCOPR for people that submitted their credentials in May (particularly, as someone stated those of us between ( 22nd-31st)). I’ve submitted all my information and declarations on the 26th of May and like many others I’m still waiting for my eCOPR
nothing other than waiting... I submitted my declaration on May 30th and still waiting.. on the other side there are people who submitted on June 6th got their COPR on June 8th. So Frustrating looking at the way IRCC treats the applicants.
we spoke with CiC regarding the PR card of my dependent spouse which is left behind. As per the agent there was error encountered by the time they were about to print the card. Has anyone here who is in the same situation? Because as of today, the card was not printed yet. We already got ours except my spouse.
I just can't believe how surprised I am yet again at the incompetence/negligence displayed by IRCC here. Most people here are worried about their applications from late May, while my submission is pending review since May 17th. And others are getting approved in a day! How does this organization just never understand proper queuing is beyond me.. Imagine if IRCC was responsible for restaurant reservations or COVID vaccine appointments

Don't think we got to a helpful agent. He just told us that they have limited visibility once the application is at this stage and asked us to wait. Because that's what those officers over at IRCC get paid with our taxes for, to make others wait and wait.

Did you by any chance create a portal account yourself? Did you follow up with them by email?
