I just received an email from IRCC.
The person is right after all
I had sent my rectified documents via webform

Good day,

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We identified that you have sent additional document(s) to add or to replace one or many documents already submitted in your application under the Temporary Resident to Permanent Resident (TR to PR) Pathway.

Please note that we do not accept unsolicited documents via the IRCC Web form for the TR to PR Pathway. The requirement was to submit a complete electronic application in the dedicated online intake portal as indicated in the Public Policies and the Instruction Guide.

While all supporting documentation must be included at the time of application, the processing office may contact you to request missing or additional documents (non-mandatory) at a later date, if required. In such case, the office will provide you with instructions on how to submit these documents using your IRCC secure account. Please do not send documentation unless specifically requested by a processing officer.

Mandatory documents

The following documents are considered mandatory. If one of these documents were not submitted in your online application, your application is likely to be refused:
If you applied for the International Graduates stream, you were also required to submit any form of proof of completed study in Canada included in the Guide 5069.

If you applied for the Workers in-Canada streams (healthcare / essential, non-healthcare), you were also required to submit any form of proof of the periods of work experience identified in your application included in the Guide 5069.

Withdrawal of application and refunds

If you wish to withdraw your application, you will need to request a refund. We invite you to consult the request a refund section of our website for the detailed instructions.

Depending on where your application is in the processing stage, you may be eligible to receive some or all of your fees/payment back. The initial receipt of the application and sorting of the application does not constitute processing of the application. If your application has not yet been processed, you may be eligible for a refund. If processing has started and you’ve received an Acknowledgement of Receipt (AoR), you may not be eligible for a refund.

Processing times

We are currently unable to provide estimates on how long it will take IRCC to review your application. If your application is complete, we will send you an AOR by email that will provide you with your IRCC application number. After you receive your application number, we highly recommend you link your application to check the status of your application using your IRCC secure account.

Changes to your situation

Please contact us again by filling out the IRCC Web form if this reply does not address your situation or if you would like to report important changes about your application, such as:
  • Births or deaths in your family,
  • Marriages or divorces, or
  • Adoptions.
We would also like to suggest the following online services that might be helpful to you:
Sincerely,

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada

I got the same email tonight (exactly word by word).
Thanks for sharing.

@Alberta2018: I got the email tonight (the same as other). Webform doesn't work anymore. Btw, IRCC replied quite fast.

Damn.. So this is basically their policy on TR to PR applications document addition, as "chatty" lawyer (which I litterally hate saying because he is a great source and very knowledgeable but that is what he is called here) said that is wondering how will IRCC handle it, so this is how they will respond to it as this pretty much is a well drafted common message for everyone who wants to do some addition.

So that being said here are some 'good' things we can extract from this -

First that the main form which they are looking for is- 3, so if you good on that, you good.

Second, 'any' proof of employment is fine so if all us who were worried about not paystubs, we good. ( I didn't upload the Paystubs too and no LOE about it too as my employment began on May 1, I hope the officer gets it that why its not there)

Third for all the grads, any form of proof of completion of studies is fine, so everyone who was worried about not uploading transcripts, completion letter and all that, y'all good.

And if someone missed these things remember, it says likely to be refused and not will be refused so you still have hope. That being said, still send missing docs using the Webform even though you are expecting this reply because if God forbid something goes left in the future, you would have a proof that you did your part and yes do take a screen shot of what you send and best I would say do a screen record on your computer / phone.

Hope it helped.

Hai all,
Can someone suggest to me whether I'm eligible to apply TR to PR essential workers? I'm working in Tim Hortons for more than a year and I covered about 1560 hours so far. Recently I was promoted to supervisor. Do I fall under NOC cashier?

I tried to update my information on imm5669 by sending a new one. I got a response today. The email says that I cannot update my TR to PR application from webform because all the documents should be included in the time of application. And we have to wait for the visa officer to ask for the missing documents.
Yea I also got same email today

Dam, at the time of submitting the application I don’t have the hard copy of TRV . I have submitted the screen shot of IELTS results . Along with the LOE . Is it going to be a refusal ? As the IRCC response “A valid language test result to prove your ability to apply for the TR to PR pathway” from the above thread says a valid proof of language results .

No you are good as you have a proof and they made the online results valid by posting on the website that online results are good. So you are good, dw

IRCC will accept language test results received by applicants through email or from the testing organization’s online portal
