Eligibility Status changed back to normal

Hi,
I applied for study permit for fall intake from India on 19th April 2021.
20 April - Received Biometric instruction Letter.
29 April - Submitted Biometric. Status changed to completed on same day.
13th May - Upfront medical exam passed.

Since then there is no update. I haven't received BVL and my eligibility review hasn't started yet.
Should I be worried?
Anyone in similar situation?

There is nothing you can do but wait because your review hasn't started yet. Have you raised a web form?

Yeah, I have raised webform. I got reply from Chandigarh VAC. They said that currently they are closed due to COVID and are not replying to status enquiries. It also had quoted text of my enquiry as recieved via IRCC.
I am wondering if my application is stuck in India VAC or IRCC is taking time to process in Canada?

IRCC is working , probably taking time but the VAC is closed as stated. Try to raise another one when VAC opens in your country.

Download textnow app apk from google. It is not available on android and ios. Log in via google and take canada number(free) with ottawa code. Then call to ircc at +1 888 242 2100. Follow the instructions, and press 1,1,1,1 then write application number and uci number followedby $or #, then computer will tell you the status as per gc key account. Then press 0 to contact with ircc agent. Waiting time would be approximately 31 mins. He/she will ask you uci, application no, address,email,phone and dob.

We can't take a CANADIAN number with ottawa code for free. Could you please help?

I applied through SDS from Pakistan and my eligibility started a month ago but today it reverted back to the original status. Any idea what this means?

Same. I wonder what's up with IRCC. All they're concerned about is the revenue that they generate from visa applications. Very inefficient service
