Hi friends ! i have a question.
Are scanned signatures for a dependent outside the country acceptable in H&C applications or not? if not, can we send the forms with original signatures by post to vancouver ? @Ayanna@Emmabel@SweetQueen@kieranangell...do you have any idea ?
If you have done biometrics within the last 10 years, u dont have to pay for biometrics, coz you are exempted from biometrics. Where did you pay for the biometrics?
Hi guys to all who were refused and it seems alote these 2 weeks including my friend also was refused today from niagara falls bro... it seems none of u was following up with the lawyer and emails that was sent to immigration during file processing sorry no offence but just my opinion as i was in this situation before... what i recommend that every evidence or every file that lawyer is sending to immigration he should foward that email to u after sending it to immigration for u to check it and c if mistakes or missing evidence were not sent as for h&c we should update always..thats what my lawyer used to do with me based on my request and trust me i fixed alote of things after the information was sent and we had to resend it ... so please guys as an advise go ahead and do the same ...every email sent to immigration by ur lawyer let him/her forwad it to u after its sent ....
If your friend has refuse from Niagara Falls because the one thing I’m thinking hardships and establishment and whoever did his application did bad job argument or submission
90% people get approval from Niagara Falls I don’t know how he got refuse you might be there is a lot in the story if you don’t mind
Would you share some details then we can tell you what’s going on
It’s not guarantee like he has a business he paying taxes or he has a kid in that case there is a people who are single their H&c got approved they are people who are on welfare there in H&c got approved
You will declare him on family form but he will
Not be part of your Generic application form hence will not be signing. Signatures are required from those who apply for PR. There will not even be a space on the form to sign.
my partner declared me on family form but because he is the only one applying for PR there was Not even a section for me to sign. Just count correctly how many people are applying for PR. If it is just you, put 1 on Generic form and there will be no sections for him to sign.
I am just saying out of experience, I did my biometrics in 2014 when I came to Canada, and they told me my biometrics is still valid till 2024, I was exempted from biometrics.
My partner has non-accompanying dependents but none of them had to sign. You just declare them as family members in your family forms. I believe when you apply for HC,you only apply for those who are in Canada with you. Then they are part of application and sign. But if these are overseas family, you declare them on your family list and they are not part of the Generic application form, hence they need not sign.
you will have to sponsor overseas dependents after you get PR. Note that they will have to do medicals for you to pass medical eligibility. Get them ready. My spouse did not know this and we wasted weeks on doing his dependents' IDs, which they needed to go to Dr.

Yes I know.
there is the generic form that I signed myself but there is also the form of family members and backgrounds for all persons aged 18 and over even if they don't apply for PR.
My husband is not in Canada but he must declare his background and his family members even if he does not apply for the PR, so his forms about background and familly and his signatures are scanned in the file. Can this cause a problem ? what do you think @Ayanna @kieranangell@Emmabel@Sweet child@Bornlucky any idea please ?

That will not cause any problem because, I just asked a friend and he said that the form has to be filled and signed by any person in the application 18 and above. He is expected to fill his form sign and send the scanned copy to you.
Calm down. Good news is coming soon by the Grace of God.
