I applied in Dec 2019 and got a test invite late Jan. Passed the test and had my DM status on my file. Now just waiting for oath invite but seems like it's taking longer than other applicants. It's been 4-5 weeks for me.
Hey, did you get the Oath invitation yet?
Anyone in Montreal who got the test invit a couple of days after the window indicated on ecas has started (e.g. email received on 25 May 2021 while the window was 20 May 2021 - 10 June 2021)?
I just checked my eCas and noticed that there's now a new date (June 4) for my online test after the original physical one was canceled last year due to covid. Haven't gotten the email yet though. So glad to see some movement happen in Montreal.
Just to add my timeline here. We can share the complete timelines to see how fast it goes.

They requested me fingerprints, then said what the RCMP sent them was useless because there was not my photo in it (although the RCMP and the Canadian government approved intenrational agency that took my fingerprints to the RCMP said lack of photo is not an issue).
Nothing since then. I guess they are just trying to find reasons to keep file on halt.
I am in the same boat as you, my prints are poor quality so they cant search my file properly so they receive a file searched only by name. I am on my 3rd fingerprint submission now. The first didnt turn up, so I made a second one at their request, received a mail with both submissions (I guess it turned up eventually) saying they were useless so submitted a 3rd in Jan (had it sent to my place and added some photos into the parcel) which has still not been processed so they told me to send proof that I sent it.
My application Jan 2020 - Only AOR March 2020
My Mother's Aug 2019 - Only AOR Nov 2019
Montreal office is a hopeless case, especially if you apply in English. I don't even bother calling IRCC call center because you only get "Covid excuses".
Does it look like MTL office has not done one interview or oath since December 2020?

I saw some 2019 applicants getting their oath ceremony done in Feb-March 2021.

I got my test invite a few days ago FWIW.
