Ok so it includes me and you. So this 51000 should be cut in half. Hopefully we get our PR beginning next year. Quebec will admit over 50000 immigrants next year 2022 so it might be around 28000 skilled workers perhaps.
I really hope to get AOR at the beginning of 2022. I need to extend my CWP in February 2022, and I wrote LOE for my PR application with some personal story, so I don't want to repeat the same for the CWP application again.

Just a quick update, i had a chance to speak to an agent recently and he said that your file was last accessed during March. When I asked about not receiving an AOR, he said “I know it’s frustrating for QSW guys but there is a backlog and I can’t promise you any timeline for AOR and your already have temporary AOR so it’s good”.
I think we are gonna receive AORs by the end of 2021.

Some good news for outland applicants today! I received MR today on 06/01/2021. I know at least a couple more outland applicants receiving MR today or last Friday. Things are definitely moving!

Sent application to Sydney on 06/03/2019 from inside Canda, but moved to the US after submitting my application. AOR issued on 08/02/2019. Pre-arrival letter on 09/21/2020

Hello,

is my conclusion correct that you cannot apply to EE while you have CSQ in processing?
I read in multiple threads that you can, but the option is not even available in my CIC account.

Incorrect. You can even with a csq however you need to prove your intent to reside outside Quebec.

I was inclined to go with this conclusion because when I try to do it, the website tells me "you already have a PR application in processing".

no idea how people do this :( do they create a different CIC account and apply?
