Yes and I reapplied with old receipt as I dint receive refund. My letter stated “Application returned due to incomplete along with processing fee” nothing mentioned on refund. I thought they meant fee receipt is been returned.
Hi Prithvikp, I think they won't refund after they open up a file, unless you withdrawal your files beforehand. If they have refunded, you should be able to get back the money through your credit cards within 3-5 days; during which banks are processing the transfer.

Hi maria_goe, The PAL, just welcoming you to Canada and help you to settle down here. Not really matter for the pr process. The ADR means your applications are in process, which is a good sign. All the best to you with the rest of the process.

Hi vvin.win,
Thank you for the info, that's what I suspected.
It's just that a lot of people with my timeline are moving forward and I haven't even passed the medical yet. It's making me nervous.

Don't get worried a lot, your day will come. For me, I wait 3 months from my MR(beginning of Feb) to Medical passed(Mid-Feb) to DM(May 06)/ECOPR (May 26). I hope my timeline can ease your tension.
