Due dates doesn't mean shit to IRCC. God knows what the hell they're doing, I wouldn't get too excited with the due dates.

Yes you can ask your timeline,Visa office and all confusing stuffs. But it is not good to call frequently. Atleast give 15 business days between the calls.
