Yes, your application has passed all the stages. Your IRCC profile will remain in the "submitted" state until they are issuing the CoPR.
After replying to this email from the PR confirmation portal, you will get a credential to log into your profile where you need to update your address and photo. After that IRCC will issue the eCoPR to you. Until then your IRCC profile will not be updated. You will receive a bunch of emails on the day you get your CoPR, and one of those emails will say your profile has been updated. After logging into your profile you will discover that it is approved.

Received mine this morning from Calgary Office. Email with UCI received and submitted Friday . received the PR portal login this morning and submitted photos

Are you using the same photos that you've used when submitted the EE application?

Did you get it from Calgary? if so, that's clear why.. I guess everyone who is experiencing delays are dealing with Etobicoke office.. and that's the main reason for all those delays..ppl waiting for credentials since May 19th, 20th.. no next day credentials as you see

Anyone received portal access email this morning?

I received the portal confirmation email (1st email on Friday) which I responded to. Got an email from this morning at about 8:30 am requesting me to fill the same details : UCI etc , responded immediately

I wonder why they requested the same info I already provided on Friday..... anyways, waiting for the portal credential email

- PR Confirmaiton Portal 2nd email : May 22, 2021
- PR Confirmaiton Portal Address/Photo upload: May 23, 2021
- eCoPR: May 29, 2021
- VO : vancouver

But My Photo's status in the portal is still 'In review with IRCC'.

How long will it be approved after receiving eCoPR?

so from what i see here - all western offices work fine and processing everything quite quickly - Vancouver, Calgary, but the ones which are in Ontario/Qubec are extremely slow.. Etobicoke, Montreal etc... and i think cases are assigned on applicants address basis - so i bet mine should be Etobicoke and this explains why it takes long to even get credentials for portal
