Did anyone receive AOR (TR 2 PR pathway) International Student Stream?
Hi every one in the same boat, in case I received the AOR, is it safe for me to quit the currently job ( that mention in my application ) and looking for a new job ?
The new TR to PR policy doesn't stops you from changing employer so you can quit your job and get another one if you like but you don't necessarily need to be employed. You only need to be employed at the time of application submission.
Any updates on Tr to Pr regarding Aor ?
and untill which number and time lastly they got aor
You can change your job but when you will get AOR, you have to update your profile with the new job information.
Sorry when is the AOR going tombe available

I have three questions that required to be addressed,
Q1) I submitted PCC proofs like the Shipping Label of India's PCC and Invoice of RCMP PCC for Canada but I forgot to attach the Letter of Explanation?? is that really a big issue, that will end in refusing my file of PR. Most of the lawyers I consulted said, don't worry you will get AOR. Should I fill the webform?
Q2) IMM 0008 form I did print that form I did wet-signature at the end, is that a blender
Q3) Can we move to other jobs, if yes what type of documentation do we need from a new employer or any other specific documentation from the previous employer??
(****** I applied under Internation Graduate Stream TR to PR ******)
Looking for your advise!!!!
If he and you are referring to Personal History no. 8 in form imm5669, IRCC asks about all activities, period when unemployed, employed, studying, travelling, retired, e.t.c., with no gaps in between. If he indicated he was a studying then that is fine.
My point in my earlier message was TR to PR is different from the other economic streams. Here the requirement is an applicant who studied and graduated in Canada and is currently employed.
Yeah thats

I hope you will get AOR.
It depends how lenient they are while doing the completion check.
Lets be positive

These are just what I'm thinking, so please don't take them as legal advice.
Q1: You can wait for AOR and then submit a webform, which is what IRCC and many consultants would suggest you to do. However, I think you should fill out the webform now, even if you don't have your application number as if later on IRCC says that you didn't try to fix your mistakes, you can use the reference of you submitted the webform, but it was not processed, as an excuse. It doesn't hurt anybody if you fill out a webform now without putting in the application number. Most likely, IRCC will answer by wait for AOR, but I strongly recommend you to play SAFE.
Q2: Unfortunately, that's a big mistake. I hope IRCC will send everybody an AOR first and then process their applications instead of having some kinds of completeness checks, which I doubt as many people said this new program doesn't have a completeness check. However, we don't know how things will turn out so all we can do is prepare for the worst and hope for the best. I strongly recommend you to call IRCC to ask what you should do. Otherwise, you would also have to wait for your AOR as many people out there, who also made mistakes like you, have to do right now.
Q3: Yes, you can. However, I don't know how long have you worked at your previous job. If it's a few months job, then before leaving, I STRONGLY recommend you to get your reference letter, copies of payslips, copy of contract (if possible), T4 and ROE I think you can get them online. Those will prove to IRCC that you had worked at that place. Also, when you start your new job, get a reference letter or letter of employment ASAP, then submit it once you get your AOR. Make sure you keep IRCC posted about your situation ( I mean all the factors that required for your application) to avoid any delay.
Please do not take my advice as complete truth as this is based on my experience of dealing with submitting application and IRCC.

Yes, but this will not affect your AOR. Just send a updated form with LOE
Misinterpretation is not some minor mistake or typing error like many people did here. Misinterpretation is something very serious like forging a false document.
So by mistake i foregt to mention about my visa refusal will it be misrepresentation?
Correct! IRCC will take note that you attempted to rectify this information.
Will it be a misrepresentation? I already inform them with loe about my usa visitor visa refusal ?
Things that caught my attention:
- The department plans to process 35,000 to 44,000 of the applications received last week by December 31.
- To support processing capacity, we hired staff to handle applications in Canada and we also reallocated resources in certain lines of business such as the visitor class. (AKA, Visitor Visa officers are being relocated to process other kinds of applications)
- I mentioned earlier that we were getting ready to process between 35,000 and 44,000 applications this year. We will be making sure the various streams are fairly represented, despite the low volume of applications. ---> The 35k-44k applications processed this year won't necessarily be the first 44k but a % of each stream.

For the applicants whose work permit may have expired after they made the application, will they have implied status or would there be a process of bridging work permits put in place for them?
That's a good question and one that we are looking at.
As per the terms of public policy, people do need to be in status and currently working. However, for those who apply and whose work permit may expire after they've applied, they can certainly reapply, as the honourable member said, to retain that status.
