Here is my timeline:

May 11: submitted my photo
May 21: COPR and linked my application to cic account
May 28: PR Card approved on cic account and card is dispatched.

Congratulations, That's crazy fast !! I got my COPR on May 20 and no update yet. Looks like Calgary VO is pretty fast !!

I got first email on May 7th and second email with credentials on May 8th.
I uploaded my photo and address on same day may 8th after that nothing.
Even sent 2 emails and raised a webform no reply.
Now i am worried

For my PR card application, I did not link it to my cic account. I can’t link it now either. Is that something that we have to do?

I already received my PR card.

Not required, It's just for tracking the status of the pr card.

In the portal my address is accepted but photo still in review, what does it mean?? They mailed it or not

People who got their PR card, their photo shows still in review. I remember seeing you mentioned your card was mailed, if yes, then it's mailed. Don't worry about the photo.

May be you are right. My AOR is March 2021 and I got my first email on May 24th. Still waiting for credentials. I am seeing cases, where the AOR is Apr 2020 received credentials in second day.

Nope, PR Portal says " In review with IRCC " .. Raised a webform yesterday, Let's see how it goes. Freaking Long weekend, messed up with my application.
