I was going through IRCC tweets and replies. Someone had tweeted about query regarding submitting rectified forms and missing document, if they could submit it through the web form. IRCC replied saying you cannot submit additional documents through web form once application has been submitted.
That reply really freaked me out. I mean there are thousands of applications with some or the other mistakes. I hope they are lenient with TR to PR applications.
Sorry guys for the whole confusion, I just misread it. My apologies, I never meant to create more tension.
It wasn’t for TR to PR. I am deleting what I wrote.
Sorry again
Idk maybe first 5 or 50, but I submitted at 12:05, already linked application to IRCC account last week. Still no AoR.
Anyone else submitted before 12:10 can link your application without AoR ?
This could be of eligibility issue. I think documents for eligibility are due on application while others can be submitted later depending on each situation.
Anyway, we should not withdraw without further notification or advice from lawyers.

I found this, showing that the applicant made a mistake about past refusal but she got 30-day period to explain why. So there may be a chance to prove our innocence about Form 5669 6 d).
Hello Evryone
Does anyone have An idea if I can apply as Iam currently working and living in Quebec ?
I can apply under the french speaking stream for internation gradutes so there is no limit until Novembre 5
So what is going to happend if I plan to live outside Quebec and for some reason I am not able to move ?
Some pepole told me that the govermnet will cancel your PR and deport you but some others told me that you can live wherever you want once you get your PR ?
In the Cic website we can find this, its a little bit confusing and sensitive?
" I am a new permanent resident in Canada. Can I live somewhere other than the “city of destination” on my Confirmation of Permanent Residence?
Yes, you can. As a permanent resident, you have the right to live, work or study anywhere in Canada.
However, if you became a permanent resident through the Provincial Nominee Program, the province that nominated you has chosen you to bring skills to their province.
You only need to have the intention to LIVE outside Quebec, which means that you are allowed to work anywhere in Canada (ex. reside in Ottawa and working in Gatineau QC), even you can apply for PR from Quebec, but then they will ask you to prove that you will reside outside Quebec, for example, lease agreement.
So, You should be very careful with your intention to live outside Quebec, if you plan to work in Quebec and apply with Quebec address, then the officer will ask you to provide strong evidence (lease agreement, driver's license, etc.) that you will reside outside Quebec. You will be more suspicious and it is a possibility that the officer will do more background checks that will cause delays. So to exclude all these suspicions, it is highly recommended to apply when you reside outside Quebec with a good LOE where you will convince the officer that you don't want to reside in Quebec and explain that this job in Quebec is temporary and you maintain your address in other province than QC.
