@ccolscorpion have you contacted the Hamilton Office for any update? Just wondering if anyone received notification of any upcoming oath ceremonies

I called the Call centre yesterday . Agent was ok and told me that your application is oath ready but there is no date in the system for oath ceremony. I asked him if he could give me an approximate date but he didn't. i am hoping to receive the invite in next couple of weeks.

Received a reply to the email from the office, seeking an update. It stated all is good and it will take more time for next steps.

Did you email to the address where you get the test or interview invite from ? Cuz i got interview from General Hamilton office email.

Are you Hamilton office Applicant ? What timr frame did the interviewing officer gave you ?

Yeah same as my case. Couple of weeks from April was May....now maybe June or if lucky earlier...enjoy the waiting.... possibly the current lockdown, might be causing more delays.

I never got an interview, so the test email invite. It's good it wasn't "no-reply" email address. The one with convocation or something similar.

It's for those who have completed the test or an interview after the test. You receive an email from the office. That also determines and confirms which office is working on your file, if that hasn't been found out earlier.

Yes the convocation word in the email. Did you get the reply in a day or did they take long to reply?

The ECAS is pretty cool - had a chance to review it

Seems a lot nicer and more updates. It would have been nice if they had introduced this earlier, so that we could followed the application as each step progressed.....

The detailed new ECAS states everything is completed as of DM date. Wonder what is taking longer for the next step ?

no progress as yet. Mine is 2 months DM.

This information from the site is positive : So I am within the 3 months .. .. maybe soon or maybe not..

Get your citizenship ceremony date
About 1 to 2 weeks before the ceremony, we’ll send you a notice with the date, time and location. The ceremony will usually take place within 3 months after your test.

No still waiting. I asked my MP office to get an update on my application. I called IRCC call centre a week back and the agent was so rude that i felt like hanging up on her. She is like why did u call we don't have any information about local office, but again u gotta have patience to deal with that. I just wanna get over with this waiting and dealing with IRCC.
